We are seeking a seasoned SAP MDG Techno-Functional Consultant with a strong blend of functional expertise and technical proficiency.

Based at our EON, Kharadi, Pune office, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and supporting robust master data governance solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- End-to-End MDG Implementation : Lead and participate in 2-3 full lifecycle (E2E) SAP MDG implementations, covering design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment phases.

- Techno-Functional Expertise : Act as a subject matter expert with a strong blend of functional understanding of master data processes (e.g., Material, Customer, Vendor, Finance) and technical proficiency in SAP MDG development.

- Solution Design & Configuration : Design and configure SAP MDG solutions for various master data domains, including data models, UI configurations (e.g., FPM, Web Dynpro ABAP), business rules, validations, and workflow processes.

- ABAP Development : Utilize ABAP programming skills for enhancements, custom developments, integrations, and reports within the SAP MDG framework. This includes BAdIs, user exits, classes, methods, and interface programming.

- Data Governance & Architecture : Apply a strong understanding of SAP architecture and data governance principles to ensure master data quality, consistency, and compliance across the enterprise.

- Troubleshooting & Support : Provide expert-level support, troubleshooting, and resolution for complex MDG issues, ensuring system stability and performance.

- Collaboration & Communication : Collaborate effectively with business users, functional

consultants, technical teams, and project stakeholders. Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to gather requirements, present solutions, and drive consensus.

- Problem-Solving : Leverage excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex business challenges and translate them into effective MDG solutions.

- Team Contribution : Work independently on assigned tasks while also contributing effectively as a collaborative team Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : 7+ years of total experience in SAP, with a primary focus on SAP MDG.

SAP MDG Proficiency :

- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) modules and functionalities.

- Expertise in configuring MDG data models, UI configurations (FPM, Web Dynpro ABAP), change request processes, workflow setup, derivations, and validations.

- Experience with MDG-M (Material), MDG-BP (Business Partner), MDG-C (Customer), and MDG-S (Supplier) is highly desirable.

- ABAP Development : Strong proficiency in ABAP programming, specifically within the MDG context (e.g., enhancing standard functionalities, creating custom services, implementing BAdIs, writing complex logic for SAP Architecture : Solid understanding of overall SAP architecture and integration points with other SAP modules (e.g., ECC, S/4HANA).

- Data Governance : Strong understanding of data governance principles, master data management best practices, and data quality concepts.

- Analytical Skills : Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with an ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical and functional issues.

- Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.

- Collaboration : Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

- SAP S/4HANA : Experience with SAP S/4HANA projects or environments is a significant Background :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
