Founded in 2005, we are a Redmond-based firm (Washington, USA) offering integrated services in Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape, and Sustainability Planning.We are looking for a talented Architect / Interior Designer to join our dynamic team and work on-site at our Kothrud location.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop architectural designs and detailed interior concepts for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects from the USA and across the globe.Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into creative design solutions.Prepare and present detailed drawings, layouts, specifications, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) schedules.Create 3D visualizations, renders, and walkthroughs to effectively communicate design concepts.Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless execution of projects.Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and construction techniques.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Interior Design (B.Des / B.Sc in Interior Design) or a related field.1 to 8 years of professional experience in architectural design, interior design, and project execution.Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape, or similar visualization software.Strong understanding of building codes, interior finishing standards, materials, and construction practices.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.Why Join Design Lyric?Work on diverse and challenging international projects.Be part of a creative and collaborative team.Opportunity for professional growth and development.Competitive compensation and benefits.To ApplySend your application to designlyric.hr@gmail.comImportant: Your application must include a portfolio (as a PDF attachment or a direct link in your resume/email).
