Job Description:

As the Assistant Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for handling a portfolio of hotels, ensuring optimal performance on OTA channels, managing revenue strategies, and driving results that align with our clients’ goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Management: Implement dynamic pricing, yield management, and length-of-stay optimization strategies to maximize room occupancy and hotel revenues.
  • OTA Management: Oversee and optimize listings on Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) by ensuring high-quality content, managing real-time inventory, and enhancing visibility through best practices.
  • Direct Booking Strategies: Drive direct bookings by optimizing booking engines and creating special offers for guests who book directly.
  • Revenue Forecasting & Budgeting: Analyze historical data to forecast demand and collaborate on budgeting strategies that align with revenue goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and monitor hotel performance using real-time dashboards, reviewing key metrics such as ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy rates. Conduct monthly performance reviews to fine-tune strategies.
  • Operations Management: Provide support for day-to-day hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and F&B management, to ensure smooth guest experiences.
  • Review & Feedback Management: Monitor guest reviews and respond appropriately to maintain high OTA rankings and positive guest feedback.
  • Custom Solutions: Work closely with clients to tailor solutions to their unique needs, whether they operate boutique hotels, resorts, or city properties.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in hotel management, revenue management, or related fields (freshers with strong skills are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with data analysis and using tools to track performance and make informed decisions.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with OTA platforms, channel managers, and hospitality software is a plus.
  • Problem Solving: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple clients and projects efficiently.
