Job Title : Python Full Stack Developer (Python + React.js)

Experience : 3 to 5 Years

Location : Bangalore (Candidates must currently reside in Bangalore)

Employment Type : Full-time

Work Mode : Hybrid (3 days from office, 2 days remote)

About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in developing scalable web applications. As part of our agile engineering team, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining applications using Python and React.js, while applying strong principles of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable web applications using Python (backend) and React.js (frontend).

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to best practices.

- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

- Identify performance bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to address them.

- Maintain code integrity and organization.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development process and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a full stack developer.

- Strong proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in frameworks like Django or Flask.

- Proficient in React.js and modern frontend development practices (Hooks, Redux, etc.).

- Solid understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) and their practical implementation.

- Good experience with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and web services.

- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.

- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools (e.g., Docker) is a plus.

- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Experience with unit testing and test-driven development.

- Knowledge of Webpack, Babel, or similar frontend build tools.

- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.

Eligibility Criteria :

- Must currently be residing in Bangalore.

- Open to Full-Time Employment (FTE) only.

- Willingness to work in a Hybrid model with 3 days/week from the office.
