Our voice and data services provide unparalleled reliability, security, and value, while our exceptional customer service ensures our customers are always satisfied and can maximize their business success.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager (Voice & SMS) at Stellar Mobile Services Limited. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, handling client communications, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring voice and SMS services, analyzing performance metrics, resolving any issues that arise, and developing strategies to enhance client success. Additionally, the Account Manager will work closely with internal teams to coordinate solutions and ensure timely delivery of services.QualificationsExperience in managing client accounts and handling client communicationsKnowledge of voice and SMS services, including monitoring and analyzing performance metricsAbility to resolve issues and develop strategies to improve client successStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyBachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferredExperience in the telecommunications industry is a plusExperience in client management and customer serviceKnowledge of voice and SMS services, including performance metrics such as latency, ASR, and ALOCStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyProblem-solving skills and attention to detailBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience1-2 Years of Wholesale Voice/SMS experienceFull Time Availability Send your CV/Resume to hr@stellarmobile.net/sales@stellarmobile.net or message us directly.
