Role Overview:
Our client is looking for an experienced Director of Solutioning & Implementation to oversee the successful delivery of FinTech SaaS solutions to clients in Southeast Asia and the Middle East. This senior leadership position, based in Bangalore, will be instrumental in ensuring that the company's solutions are tailored to the needs of clients in these fast-growing regions. The role will involve close collaboration with key stakeholders, driving strategic solutioning, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the highest levels of client success throughout the entire implementation lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy:
- Lead the solutioning and implementation strategy for clients in Southeast Asia and the Middle East, ensuring alignment with client business goals, regional requirements, and market opportunities.
- Design and implement tailored solutions that address the specific needs of clients in the FinTech industry, ensuring scalability and long-term success.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including sales, product, and marketing to drive regional growth and adoption of the company's FinTech SaaS products.
- Drive strategic initiatives aimed at accelerating product adoption and customer retention in the SEA and Middle East regions.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations, ensuring that the implementation process aligns with their business objectives.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex client-related issues, providing timely solutions and maintaining high client satisfaction.
- Leverage a deep understanding of client needs and the FinTech landscape to create customized solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Ensure proactive communication with clients throughout the implementation journey, from pre-sales to post-implementation support.
Project Management & Delivery:
- Oversee the successful implementation of multiple FinTech SaaS solutions across diverse client accounts, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams of solution architects, project managers, and technical experts to deliver seamless implementation and meet client expectations.
- Implement best practices for project delivery, risk management, and change control to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
- Monitor and track project milestones, addressing any issues or risks that may arise to ensure successful outcomes.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing implementation team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Support the professional growth of team members by providing guidance and feedback to help them reach their full potential.
- Ensure effective resource planning and team allocation to meet the growing demand of clients in the SEA and Middle East regions.
Regional Expansion & Market Insights:
- Provide deep insights into the unique challenges and opportunities within the FinTech space in the SEA and Middle East regions.
- Collaborate with regional teams to identify new business opportunities and expand the company's client base.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform product and implementation strategies.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in a senior implementation or solutioning role within the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record in successfully managing complex FinTech SaaS implementations across international markets, specifically in Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
- Strong understanding of the regional financial landscapes, regulatory environments, and market dynamics in SEA and the Middle East.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale client projects from start to finish.
- Exceptional client-facing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and provide tailored solutions that meet client needs.
