Refresh ing existing packages or applications on Windows platform. Assisting SAP staff in continuouslyeducating application ownersabout the need and requirements to use standard request system for new package requests. Assisting in projectingfuturevolume, technology, and changes that could impact SAP’s systems and technical architecture. Submitting package requestfor Common Off the Shelf (COTS) software according to SAP guidelines and procedures. Perform application packaging, scripting, and automation to ensure smooth deployment and installation. Collaborate with software developers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure compatibility. Test and validate software packages to ensure they meet quality standards and function as intended. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software packaging and deployment. Maintain documentation for all packaged applications, including installation guides and troubleshooting procedures. Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in application packaging and deployment.
