Job Title: Operations/Project ManagerCompany: STEMLearn.AI (An initiative of SpeEdLabs)Location: Mumbai, India (Work from Office)Employment Type: Full-TimeReports To: Senior Management/LeadershipJob Summary- STEMLearn.AI is seeking an agile and highly proactive Operations/Project Manager to join our Mumbai office.- This is a versatile, high-impact role requiring a professional capable of managing diverse projects, streamlining core operational activities, and providing direct support to the leadership team.- The successful candidate will drive efficiency across departments and ensure the timely, high-quality - execution of strategic initiatives within our fast-paced EdTech environment.Key Responsibilities:A. Project Management & Execution- Lead Project Follow-Through: Execute and ensure rigorous follow-through on all operational tasks and strategic projects as assigned by senior management.- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate effectively with content, technology, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless workflow, efficient resource allocation, and timely project delivery aligned with company goals.- Deadline Management: Develop project schedules, monitor progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and proactively implement solutions to maintain project timelines.- Operational Support & Reporting - Executive Support: Provide general management and operational support to the leadership team, assisting in the planning and implementation of business strategies.- Document Preparation: Create high-impact and professional business documents, including PowerPoint presentations, proposals, and operational reports for both internal stakeholders and external partners.- Administrative Management: Handle day-to-day administrative duties, data consolidation, and routine reporting tasks required to maintain operational clarity and efficiency.- Process Improvement: Assist in defining, documenting, and optimizing key operational processes to improve organizational productivity and scalability. Analysis & Communication: - Data Organization: Utilize tools for data tracking and analysis to support decision-making in operational and strategic planning.- Effective Communication: Serve as a central point of communication, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are informed of project status, decisions, and required actions.Required Qualifications:Education & Experience:- MBA from a reputable college (graduation from a top-tier B-School is strongly preferred).- Proven work experience (commensurate with an MBA graduate) demonstrating strong foundation in general management, operations, and project execution.Skills & Competencies:- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel (including advanced functions, data analysis, and visualization).- High competency with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.- Organizational Skills: Exceptionally strong organizational, multitasking, and meticulous attention to detail.- Core Skills: Excellent communication (written and verbal), stakeholder management, and proactive problem-solving skills.- Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to work independently, show initiative, and manage multiple, competing priorities effectively in a dynamic, high-growth be currently based in Mumbai and willing to work full-time from the office (ref:iimjobs.com)
