PURPOSE:

Enable efficient implementation and adoption of the SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) module while ensuring timely, ongoing support for the business team, leading to effective system upkeep post implementation.

AREAS OF OWNERSHIP & ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Actively engaging in workshop discussions and assuming ownership of SAP PP & QM Module
  • He/she would be responsible for delivering crucial project support and post go-live assistance to business teams in their daily SAP activities, ensuring seamless operations.

DELIVERABLES

  • Lead the implementation, customization, and maintenance of SAP PP & QM Modules
  • Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements, analyse processes, and develop tailored solutions.
  • Configure SAP PP & QM modules to meet business-specific requirements.
  • Stay updated on the latest SAP PP & QM Module trends, features, and best practices.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Provide on-going support, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP PP & QM modules.

KPIs

  • Project/Initiative Delivery Timeliness: Percentage of projects/initiatives delivered on or before the agreed timeline.
  • Business Satisfaction: Business team satisfaction scores based on feedback and surveys post-implementation.
  • Issue Resolution Time: Average time taken to resolve Business user-reported issues and incidents.
  • System Uptime: Percentage of system availability and uptime for SAP PP & QM.
  • User Adoption Rate: Percentage of business-users effectively using the SAP PP & QM module post-training.
  • Configuration Accuracy: Number of configuration errors identified post-implementation.
  • Training Effectiveness: Feedback scores from training sessions conducted for business users.
  • Process Improvement: Number of business process improvements identified and implemented through SAP PP & QM
  • Documentation Quality: Completeness and accuracy of project documentation maintained.
  • Professional Development: Number of SAP certifications obtained, and professional development activities completed.
