Role : Technical Lead UIWe're looking for an experienced Technical Lead - UI with strong expertise in Angular(v18+) to join our fast-growing, product-based team in Trivandrum.The Role : Lead and inspire a passionate UI team to architect, design, and deliver large-scale, high performance web applications that are clean, scalable, and user-focused. You'll work closely with Product, UX, and Backend teams to transform ideas into impactful digital solutions.Key Responsibilities :- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of front-end/UI developers.- Architect and develop complex, large-scale web applications using Angular (v18+).- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.- Establish best practices in code quality, testing, and continuous integration/deployment.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UX, Backend) to deliver clean, maintainable solutions.- Review, troubleshoot, and resolve code, performance, and integration issues.- Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in front-end development.- Facilitate code reviews, provide feedback, and build a collaborative engineering culture.- Document technical solutions, UI standards, and architectural decisions.Required Skills and Qualifications :- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 8 to 10 years of proven experience in UI/front-end development.- Strong expertise in Angular (v18 and above), including RxJS, TypeScript, CLI, and advanced component architecture.- Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS, and JavaScript ES6+.- Experience with state management libraries (NgRx).- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JWT, and integration with backend services.
