You will play a critical role in designing and developingdynamic user interfaces that power our core platforms. You should be able to translate businessrequirements into high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code, while collaborating effectivelywith designers, product managers, and backend engineers.Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain robust front-end applications using React.js and Redux.- Collaborate with design and backend teams to create seamless user experiences.- Convert UI/UX designs into responsive, pixel-perfect code.- Handle API integrations and ensure consistent data flow between front-end and back-end.- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in frontend development.- Understand business requirements and independently drive feature development with minimal supervision.- Optimize application for performance, scalability, and maintainability.- Debug and fix bugs across browsers and devices.- Maintain a strong focus on quality, security, and performance.Required Skills- 3+ years of frontend development experience.- Strong expertise in React.js and Redux.- Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming (Promises, async/await).- Experience with Git and common development workflows (e.g., GitHub).- Familiarity with browser debugging tools and performance optimization techniques.- Good understanding of component-based architecture and state management.- Maturity and ownership mindset – ability to take full responsibility for a feature from requirement to delivery.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.Nice to Have- Experience with TypeScript.- Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library.- Experience with build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.).- Exposure to design systems or UI component libraries (e.g., MUI, Ant Design, Chakra UI).- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
