Creative Visual Senior Designer

The Role As our Senior Visual & Creative Designer, you’ll lead the development of compelling digital visuals across ads, social, and branded content. You’ll be expected tomove fast ,think on your feet , and produce high-quality work under tight timelines—hallmarks of the agency world. You’ll also play a key role inquality-controlling junior designers’ work , ensuring everything we ship is on-brand, on-brief, and pixel-perfect. If you have UI/UX experience and are skilled in Figma, that’s a strong plus—but the core of this role iscreative direction, visual storytelling, and execution . What You’ll Do Own and drive the design ofdigital ad campaigns ,social content , andbranded visuals . Create engaging static and animated assets for platforms like Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Display. Lead visual ideation and execution in a fast-paced agency setting with tight turnarounds. Review andQC design work from junior team members , freelancers, or partners. Maintain and evolve brand visual guidelines across platforms and clients. Collaborate closely with marketing, copy, and product teams to translate concepts into visual reality. Work inFigma(preferred) and Adobe Creative Suite to produce and manage scalable, high-quality design assets. Optionally contribute to UI/UX or landing page design work, if experienced. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in visual or digital design—preferably at a creative agency or fast-moving in-house team. A portfolio that shows offtop-tier creative work across ads, social media, and digital marketing . Strong design fundamentals—layout, typography, color, and composition. Proficiency inFigmaand Adobe Creative Suite. Highly organized, fast, and comfortable delivering great work on short timelines. Strong eye for detail and ability toQC and provide feedback to junior designers . Proactive communicator and collaborative teammate. Nice to Have Experience with UI/UX design or responsive layout design. Motion/animation skills (After Effects, Lottie, or similar). Familiarity with performance marketing or ad operations.
