The Interior Site Supervisor will coordinate and oversee on-site operations, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and align with design specifications and quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising construction and design activities, liaising with clients and contractors, managing project timelines, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. The role also involves inspecting materials, resolving on-site issues, and maintaining project documentation.Qualifications- Proficiency in construction site supervision, project management, and coordination - Understanding of interior design principles and the ability to interpret design plans - Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of safety standards, quality checks, and material inspection - Experience in managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams effectively - Ability to adapt to on-site challenges and make informed decisions - Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus - Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field - Prior experience in supervising home interior projects is highly beneficialRole DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Project Management: Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities, including interior construction, renovation, and finishing work.Team Coordination: Manage and direct subcontractors, tradespeople, and other on-site personnel to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project plans.Quality Control: Inspect work to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards.Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and addressing any delays or issues that arise.Budget Management: Monitor project expenses and resource allocation, working to minimize costs and stay within budget.Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on-site, addressing any concerns and providing regular updates on project progress.Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including daily reports, change orders, and progress photos.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the interiors industry.Skills: Strong knowledge of interior construction techniques, materials, and finishes.Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, manage subcontractors, and resolve on-site issues effectively.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.Organization: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Education: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or a degree in construction management, interior design, or a related field is a plus.Technology: Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
