The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in tournaments, franchise management, athlete engagement, and sports-related brand promotions.Key Responsibilities:- Plan, execute, and manage sports tournaments, leagues, and franchise events.- Develop strategic relationships with athletes, coaches, academies, and corporate partners.- Manage athlete endorsements, sponsorship activations, and engagement campaigns.- Lead B2B and B2C sales initiatives for sports programs, merchandise, or services.- Oversee event logistics, budgeting, marketing collateral creation, and promotion strategies.- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for seamless event execution.- Analyze event and campaign performance metrics to optimize engagement and ROI.- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual obligations for tournaments and sponsorships.Key Skills & Competencies:- Sports Marketing & Event Management.- Athlete & Franchise Engagement.- Sponsorship & Brand Activation.- B2B/B2C Sales in Sports Sector.- Budgeting, Planning, and Execution.- Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills.- CRM and Data Analysis for performance Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, or related field.- 7+ years of experience in sports marketing, event management, or related domains.- Proven track record in managing sports tournaments, athlete engagements, and franchise Experience in managing high-profile sporting events or leagues.- Hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media campaigns, and influencer management in sports.
