About the Role: We’re looking for enthusiastic Investor Relations Executive to join our team and help investors have a seamless experience. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling queries through calls ensuring clarity, professionalism, and care in every interaction. Our mission is to make high-quality investment opportunities accessible to everyone by bridging the gap between traditional low-risk and high-risk investment options.Roles & Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from investors and assist them with queries. Explain product details clearly and confidently. Maintain a positive, professional, and empathetic communication tone. Share customer feedback and insights with the Product and Marketing teams. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and accurate responses.You Can Apply If You Have: Good English and Hindi communication skills Clear speech, confident tone, and patience while handling customer calls. Basic understanding of financial products (FDs, mutual funds, etc.). A genuine desire to help customers and provide great service.Work Schedule:5-day working (roster-based).
