Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and innovative Fashion Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing collections that reflect Jisora’s brand identity while staying ahead of current fashion trends. Key Responsibilities:

•Collection Development: Design seasonal collections, including loungewear, co-ord sets, western wear, and related categories, ensuring alignment with Jisora’s brand identity.

•Trend Forecasting: Conduct in-depth market research on upcoming fashion trends, colors, fabrics, and silhouettes to incorporate into new collections.

•Concept Design: Create mood boards, sketches, and tech packs with detailed specifications for sampling and production.

•Product Development: Oversee the sampling process from initial designs to final approvals, ensuring quality, fit, and aesthetic appeal.

•Fabric & Trim Selection: Work closely with sourcing teams to select fabrics, trims, and embellishments suitable for each collection.

•Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and production teams to ensure a smooth product development cycle.

•Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of final samples and ensure design accuracy before production.

Requirements:

•Educational Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.

•Experience: 2-4 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in womenswear or similar categories.

•Design Skills: Strong knowledge of fashion trends, design principles, garment construction, and fabric types.

•Software Proficiency: Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and other design tools.

•Creative Vision: Ability to conceptualize and design trend-driven collections that balance creativity and commercial appeal.

•Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of design detailing, pattern-making, and technical specification sheets.

•Attention to Detail: Excellent eye for design precision, color combinations, and garment fit.

•Team Collaboration: Excellent communication and time-management skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
