Job Title: ServiceNow SecOps & ITSM Specialist

Location: Offshore-Bangalore/Pune

Job Type: Full-Time


About the Role:

We seek an experienced ServiceNow SecOps & ITSM Specialist to join our Cyber Security Services Team. This position requires significant expertise in consulting, building, and deploying ServiceNow platforms, especially the SecOps modules for clients. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to design, implement, and optimize their ServiceNow environments, ensuring robust security operations and IT service workflows.


Key Responsibilities:

· Lead client engagements to deploy and mature ServiceNow SecOps modules (SIR, VR, GRC, and TPRM) and ITSM processes.

· Provide consulting services to clients, analyzing their current security and IT processes and delivering tailored ServiceNow solutions.

· Develop and implement solutions for security incident management, crisis management, vulnerability management, and risk management processes on the ServiceNow platform.

· Manage end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, from requirement gathering, design, and configuration to post-deployment support.

· Guide clients on best practices for integrating ITSM and security modules to ensure seamless and efficient platform operation.

· Customize and optimize ServiceNow workflows to meet client-specific IT and security needs.

· Build long-term client relationships by delivering high-quality solutions and continuously advising on platform improvements.

· Provide training and knowledge transfer to clients, enabling them to effectively manage their ServiceNow environments post-deployment.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

· At least eight years of experience in the design, deployment, and administration of ServiceNow, with at least two years specifically in SecOps module implementation and deployment.

· Strong experience in client-facing roles, focusing on consulting, platform building, and deploying ServiceNow solutions.

· Hands-on experience deploying at least one of the following SecOps modules: SIR, VR, GRC, or TPRM, and ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management).

· ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in at least one security module (SIR, VR, GRC, or TPRM) and ITSM is required.

· Strong understanding of security incident management, vulnerability remediation, and security risk management processes.

· Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.

· Proven ability to deliver customized solutions that meet specific client needs.

· Familiarity with ADFS, OAuth, Basic, SAML, and other authentication methods.

· Familiarity with ITSM workflows

· Familiarity with Client scripts, business rules, and script includes.

· Familiarity with Notifications, reports, dashboards.

· Experience in gathering requirements and completing attribute mappings between source systems and SecOps service catalog.

· Develop and administer supporting Applications and Workflow for ServiceNow.

· Experience with the following web technologies (XML, SPML/SOAP, Web Services, etc.) is mandatory.

· Basic hands-on Scripting experience

· Experience in integrations like third-party to ServiceNow,2-way integration, etc.

· Developing customizing rules that aid in data collection, and configuration.

· Role-modeling and role-mining exercises with both business and technical users to create roles.

· Proficient in requirements/Use case analysis, preparing Test plans, Test scenarios and Test summary reports, Test case authoring, and defect reporting

· Scripting knowledge (JavaScript)

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience integrating ServiceNow with external security tools such as SIEM, vulnerability scanners, or threat intelligence platforms.

· Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and administering at least one of the SecOps modules viz., SIR, VR, GRC, or TPRM, and ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management).

· ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in at least one security module (SIR, VR, GRC, or TPRM) and ITSM is required

· Familiarity with ITIL, NIST, and ISO 27001 frameworks and how they can be applied in client environments will be an added advantage.

· CIS certifications in multiple ServiceNow modules would be an advantage.
