Managing complexities/issues/risks within Business:Learn to identify and understand basic business issues and risks. Seek guidance from your manager to resolve these with support. Governance - Stakeholder Management:Assist in setting up meetings for regular connects with stakeholders.Listen actively to internal partners and colleagues to learn about their needs and expectations. Managerial Controls:Support the business in understanding and implementing managerial controls under supervision to ensure completeness and accuracy.Help track anomalies and assist in their resolution.Assist in planning annual sessions and preparing training materials.Support the Operational Risk Manager (ORM) with guidance from seniors. Incident Management:Learn to capture incidents as per SG policies in a timely manner with help from the team.Assist in root cause analysis and documenting corrective/preventive actions.Help conduct awareness sessions.Support quality checks of incident management deliverables under guidance. Support Activities:Assist in audit support activities to help close audit recommendations effectively.Support InfoSec / ORM teams in resolving alerts such as DLP / LAC / MAM promptly.Help publish Key Indicators (KI) and Key Risk Indicators (KRI) accurately and on time.Follow up with business teams on outstanding items.Learn to contribute efficiently to team activities. RRM/ MRM/ Governance Meetings:Help prepare Risk Review Meeting (RRM) decks for monthly discussions with Business Line Heads and stakeholders.Support governance meetings by providing required details and documentation. Risk Assessment:Learn to perform risk assessments accurately and timely under supervision.Assist in conducting TRA / NPC / RPA / Vendor Assessments comprehensively.Help discuss and document action plans with business and stakeholders.Track action items to closure with support.Assist ORM and seniors in ensuring quality of risk assessment deliverables. RCSA:Support the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process as per schedule, capturing all relevant risks.Learn to challenge Business Lines appropriately based on prior incidents, audit recommendations, and anomalies.Help create RCSA synthesis reports to present to Business Line Heads.Assist in maintaining quality of deliverables under guidance.
