The ideal candidate combines strong technical ability with creative problem-solving and leadership skills to deliver high-performing, visually stunning digital experiences. As a Full Stack Development Lead, you will collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and developers to build responsive, scalable, and user-centric websites and web applications while maintaining high code quality and development standards.What You'll Do Lead a team of full-stack developers in building and maintaining web applications usingReact (frontend)andPython (backend) . Architect, design, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance systems. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences. Review code, mentor team members, and ensure best practices in development, testing, and deployment. Manage CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure). Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate for their adoption where beneficial.Tech Stack Frontend:React, TypeScript, Redux, REST APIs Backend:Python, Django / Flask / FastAPI Database:PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB DevOps:Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (GitHub Actions / Jenkins), AWS / GCP Other:Git, Agile/Scrum, RESTful and GraphQL APIsWhat We're Looking For Proven experience of minimum 5+ Years as aFull Stack DeveloperorEngineering Lead . Strong proficiency inReact.jsand modern frontend practices. Solid backend experience withPythonframeworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI). Experience designing and managing scalable cloud deployments. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Passion for clean code, performance, and developer productivity.Nice To Have Experience with microservices architecture.
