This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru requires 3-7 years of experience in the design, development, and support of Siebel applications. You'll be responsible for translating business requirements into robust Siebel solutions, ensuring the performance, functionality, and reliability of our critical systems.

Role Description :

- Responsible for the design, development, and support of Siebel applications.

- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and detailed design documents.

- Perform programming, configuration, and customization of Siebel application components to meet defined business needs.

- Develop and maintain Siebel objects, including Business Components, Applets, Views, Screens, Workflows, and Business Services.

- Implement Siebel EIM (Enterprise Integration Manager) and EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) for data migration and integration with other systems.

- Utilize Siebel Tools for configuration, scripting (e.g., Siebel eScript, JavaScript), and workflow development.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Siebel applications, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Monitor and maintain Siebel system performance, identifying and implementing optimization strategies.

- Conduct thorough unit testing and support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Ensure that developed software solutions meet defined business needs, quality standards, and performance benchmarks.

- Collaborate effectively with business analysts, quality assurance teams, and other developers in an agile environment.

- Document technical designs, configurations, test plans, and support procedures for Siebel applications.

Required Qualifications :

- Background in Computer Science, Software Development, or Programming.

- 3-7 years of hands-on experience in Siebel application development, including configuration and scripting.

- Proven experience with Back-End Web Development concepts and practices.

- Strong proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.

- Deep understanding of Siebel architecture and data model.

- Expertise in Siebel Tools for customization, scripting, and workflow development.

- Experience with Siebel EIM and EAI for integrations.

- Solid understanding of SQL and database concepts for Siebel data manipulation.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder interaction.

- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience in the IT industry is a plus.
