Key Responsibilities :


- Full Stack Leadership : Lead the end-to-end development of robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications, spanning both front-end and back-end architectures.

- Backend Expertise : Design, develop, and maintain complex backend systems using Java, leveraging frameworks such as Spring Boot and the broader Spring Framework.

- Front-end Development : Build engaging and responsive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js, ensuring a seamless user experience.

- API Design & Development : Architect and implement clean, efficient, and scalable RESTful APIs (or GraphQL/gRPC where applicable) for seamless communication between layers.

- Database Management : Work extensively with various database systems, including relational databases and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis), optimizing data storage and retrieval.

- Architectural Guidance : Provide technical leadership and guidance, contributing to architectural decisions and ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security principles.

- DevOps & Deployment : Oversee and contribute to CI/CD pipelines, utilizing tools like Docker and Kubernetes for efficient application deployment and management.

- Mentorship & Collaboration : Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaborative problem-solving within the team.

- Problem Solving : Tackle complex technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance and Skills & Qualifications :


- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.

- Strong expertise in Java backend development, including Spring Boot and the Spring

Framework.

- Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Extensive experience with RESTful API design and development.

- Solid experience working with both relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis).


- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate

effectively across teams.
