Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Virtual Assistant to join our team in Mohali. The successful candidate will support our US-based client in managing various real estate tasks using industry-specific tools like Rently, FollowUp Boss, Rentvine, and ShowMojo. This role requires working night shifts to align with the US time zones and ensuring seamless operations for our client.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Management:
  • Assist with the listing and management of properties using tools like Rently, ShowMojo, and Rentvine.
  • Schedule and manage property showings, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, agents, and prospective tenants.
  • Handle tenant inquiries, maintenance requests, and other property management-related tasks.


Client & Lead Management:

  • Manage and organize client information and leads using FollowUp Boss.
  • Conduct follow-up communications via email and phone to nurture leads and maintain client relationships.
  • Assist in preparing and sending client reports, updates, and other communications as needed.


Marketing Support:

  • Assist in creating, posting, and managing property listings on various online platforms.
  • Monitor and update social media accounts and property listings as required.
  • Support email marketing campaigns and newsletters for client engagement.


Administrative Tasks:

  • Perform data entry, document management, and other administrative duties as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and other key activities.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the client on the status of various tasks and projects.



Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant in the real estate industry.
  • Hands-on experience with Rently, FollowUp Boss, Rentvine, ShowMojo, or similar tools is mandatory.


Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with US real estate market practices and terminologies is a plus.


Other Requirements:

  • Must be willing to work night shifts (US time zones).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Immediate availability to join.
