ServiceNow Architect

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Architect to join our technology team, supporting a leading Investment Banking client. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and customizing ServiceNow modules to support CSM(must), ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and custom workflows aligned with complex financial services environments.You will work closely with global stakeholders to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that automate operational workflows, support regulatory compliance, and improve service delivery in a highly regulated environmentYour skills and experience12+years of IT experience, with 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow developmentProven experience delivering ServiceNow solutions across CSM(must), ITSM and at least one of: ITOM, HRSD.Solid understanding of JavaScript, GlideRecord, and Scripted APIs in ServiceNow.Familiar with Agile/DevOps methodologies and managing ServiceNow in sprint-based delivery.Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and platform governance practices.Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership abilities.Development and configuration of Workflows, UI Pages (Jelly and Glide scripts), UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, Ajax Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes and Security Rules.Good understanding of Investment Banking operations, support workflows, and regulatory environmentsExperience with Performance Analytics, Reporting, and ServiceNow Best PracticesAbility to work with cross-functional and geographically distributed teamsStrong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skillsFamiliarity with Investment Banking operations, such as workflow automation, client onboarding, or complianceExcellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to work independently and in teams
