Blockchain Consultant

Position Overview: The Blockchain Consultant is responsible for providingstrategic, architectural, and implementation guidanceon blockchain technologies. This role involvesevaluating client needs , designingdecentralized solutions , and ensuring seamless integration of blockchain systems into existing business processes. The consultant will also stay abreast ofemerging blockchain trends ,protocols , anduse casesacross industries. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities forblockchain adoption . Design and developblockchain-based architectures , smart contracts, and decentralized applications (DApps). Advise clients onblockchain strategy, frameworks, and implementation roadmaps . Conductfeasibility studiesandproof-of-concept (PoC)development for blockchain solutions. Collaborate with development teams to ensuresecure, scalable, and compliantblockchain implementations. Evaluate and recommendblockchain platforms(e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Polygon, Solana, Corda). Define and documentarchitecture designs ,technical specifications , andintegration plans . Stay updated withblockchain trends , includingDeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and Web3advancements. Ensure compliance withdata protection ,smart contract auditing , andgovernance standards . Conduct workshops, training sessions, andtechnical presentationsfor clients and internal teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree inComputer Science, Information Technology, or a related field . Strong understanding ofblockchain fundamentals ,distributed ledger technology (DLT) , andcryptographic principles . Experience withsmart contract development(Solidity, Rust, Go, or JavaScript). Familiarity withblockchain frameworks and protocols(Ethereum, Hyperledger, Binance Smart Chain, etc.). Understanding ofconsensus algorithms(PoW, PoS, DPoS, PBFT). Experience withWeb3.js, Truffle, Hardhat , or other blockchain development tools. Strong grasp ofAPI integration ,data security , anddecentralized identityconcepts. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications such as: Certified Blockchain Professional (CBP) Blockchain Council Certified Consultant / Developer IBM Blockchain Foundation Developer Experience withDeFi, NFTs, and tokenomicsdesign. Familiarity withcloud-based blockchain services(AWS Managed Blockchain, Azure Blockchain, etc.). Background infinancial technology (FinTech)orsupply chain solutionsusing blockchain. Prior experience inconsulting ,enterprise blockchain projects , orclient advisory roles .
