Job Description

We're looking for a Senior User Interface Designer with expertise in Figma to create beautiful, responsive user interfaces and interactive prototypes. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to design scalable and user-centered interfaces across various devices and platforms.


Key Responsibilities

- Design responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma

- Create interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows

- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products

- Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and developers to deliver high-quality design solutions

- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall growth of the design team


Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in UI design for digital products

- Expert-level proficiency in Figma for both UI design and prototyping

- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and best practices

- Excellent knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy

- Experience creating and maintaining design systems

- Ability to effectively communicate design decisions and rationales


Nice to Have (but not required)

- Experience with other design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)

- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

- Video editing skills is a plus

- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
