ServiceNow Sr. Developer (CSM)Relevant Exp : 5+Primary Skills : ServiceNow CSMKey Responsibilities : - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations to meet organizational needs.- Provide expertise in the customization and configuration of ServiceNow, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.- Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment within the team.- Stay current with industrys best practices and emerging trends in ServiceNow development, recommending and implementing improvements as necessary.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.- Participate in the planning and execution of ServiceNow upgrades and enhancements.Qualifications : - Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a minimum of 6+ working on ServiceNow platform.- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, design, and best practices.- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.- Excellent scripting skills.- Strong expertise in the ServiceNow CSM implementation.- Strong expertise in ServiceNow development tools, including but not limited to Configuration Workspace, Workflow Editor, Form Designer, UI Builder, Service Portal and GenAI.- ServiceNow certification(s) such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS CSM) is highly desirable.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
