Description :Responsibilities :- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and robust solutions.- Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements to ensure our technology stack remains innovative and competitive.- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of software engineers.- Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, encouraging continuous learning and professional development.- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.Project Management :- Work closely with product managers to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.- Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks or challenges.- Foster open communication within the engineering team and across departments.- Collaborate with other teams, such as product management and quality assurance, to achieve common goals.- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and technical initiatives.Requirements :- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.- Proven experience in a leadership role, managing and mentoring engineering teams.- Strong technical background with expertise in Python, Django, MySQL, Postgres, and AWS services.- Experience with React is a plus.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Technology Stack :- Possess expertise in Python, Django, MySQL, Postgres, and AWS services.- Ensure the team adheres to best practices and coding standards.
