JD for Financial AnalystKey Responsibilities Act as thefinance domain expertin SAP-driven financial processes, includingsales, cost, manufacturing, budgeting, and planning . Collaborate with CFOs and finance leadership to understand business needs and translate them intofinancial system solutions . Design, implement, and supportMIS, financial reporting, group consolidation, and statutory reportingin SAP. Ensure smooth execution ofbudgeting and forecasting cycles , integrating financial and operational data. Driveautomation, process improvements, and standardizationof financial reporting using SAP solutions (SAC, BPC, Group Reporting, etc.). Partner with cross-functional teams (controlling, manufacturing, sales, and supply chain) to ensureaccurate financial insights . Prepare and presentfinancial dashboards, KPIs, and analytical insightsto aid strategic decision-making. Supportinternal controls and compliancewithin SAP finance processes. Work closely with SAP technical teams to configure, test, and deploy finance functionalities. Qualifications & Skills Chartered Accountant (CA)with 5–10 years of post-qualification experience infinancial planning, reporting, and analysis . Strong domain knowledge inconsolidation, MIS, budgeting, forecasting, and manufacturing finance . Hands-on experience inSAP Finance modules(FI/CO, Group Reporting, BPC, or SAC preferred). Excellent communication skills with the ability toengage CFOs and senior stakeholdersin strategic financial discussions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business needs into system design. Prior experience inconsulting, corporate finance, or shared servicesis desirable. Ability to work in afast-paced, dynamic environmentand manage multiple priorities. Key Attributes Business-oriented mindset withtechno-functional SAP exposure .
