The company serves a variety of industries including automotive industrial consumer electronics and renewable energy.Responsible for: Creation of production documentation support for prototypes and preserial productionPlanning Prototype Production Plan incl. Quality Management QMPlanRealization Preparation of documents based on the current phase(Proto Pilot Series) Identification of requirements for new tools equipment measuring and test equipment Processed Gerber data from CAM Production documents Run log from production (DLP) Request for tools/stencils Support for ProcessFMEA PLP and Process flow diagrams Serial Transfer and projects closingManage serial products (repeaters) Update production documentation according to current status (PCB data BOM production documents etc.)Check Update prototype production plan including QM plan Material availability DLP Check the results of prototype production document requests for product changes and plan them for the next development phaseAct Adjustment of the prototype schedule Manage coordinate check and monitor work packages in the projectLessons Learned: Interproject exchange on best practice and lessons learned in different areas of project management (e.g. workflows technologies). from production field returns product validations customer evaluations and market ObservationsInput Internal interfaces: from Project management Customer management production control production selfOutput Internal interfaces: to from Project management Customer management production control production selfHanding over/ End criteria Perform Series transfer Perform Lessons learnedKey figures Quality of production documents NULL failures NULL deviationsMethods Implement product requirements in production documentation Review & ReleaseTools ABAS Babtec/QMS Microsoft Office CAD/CAM Viewer PDF Tool Blank forms and templatesCommunication With internal interfacesQualification Successful completion of studies or qualification as a technician or production engineer in the field of electrical engineering or similar supplemented by experience in Manufacturing Engineering Knowledge of current QM methods (QFD FMEA PPAP PPF ) Good level of English and sound PC knowledge Experience in working with tools for requirements management and with ERP systems MSOffice ICS specific knowledge Quality methods (internal ICS training program) Knowledge Management (internal WEICS WIKI) Special knowledge in applications (mechanics enclosure electronics ICCS etc.)
