Responsibilities:- Lead and manage complex transformation programs, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery aligned with client and business objectives.- Oversee multi-location delivery teams across India and global regions, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding business goals and ensuring solutions meet or exceed expectations.- Drive digital transformation initiatives across multiple accounts, focusing on innovation, automation, and scalable solutions.- Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, service quality metrics, and risk management practices.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technology, operations, and business stakeholders) to ensure seamless project execution.- Provide strategic inputs on process optimization, technology modernization, and digital strategy alignment.Preferred Skills & Competencies:- Proven ability to create technical designs from functional requirements, including mockups, data flow diagrams, and process maps.- Strong business analysis skills gathering key insights from stakeholders and translating them into actionable reports.- Experience conducting market research for new product development or solution enhancement.- Working knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and understanding of compliance frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, and GxP.- Familiarity with ERP and SAP applications and their integration within enterprise environments.Key Qualifications:- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.- 12 - 15 years of proven experience managing large transformation programs in IT or consulting environments.- Demonstrated success in client engagement, project governance, and delivery leadership.- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
