Work with our cutting-edge Automation Platform, streamline workflows, and help prevent outages and security incidents, protecting enterprise reputation and bottom line.Certified a Great Place to Work in India.Role OverviewAs an Implementation Architect, you will:- Drive customer onboarding, solutioning, and adoption of AppViewX products - Lead implementation for automating IT Network and Public Key Infrastructure - Maximize customer value by blending deep technical expertise with business insightsKey ResponsibilitiesCustomer Onboarding:- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Design Architects to implement solutions for new customers - Translate business challenges into technical solutions and facilitate quick go-liveAdoption & Value Quantification:- Support continuous adoption and usage with additional implementations - Serve as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers through challenges - Identify new use cases to support account growth and renewalsCustomer Experience & Engagement:- Provide customer feedback to enhance organizational processes and customer experience - Contribute to Customer Business Reviews for process improvementRoadmap Planning:- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate needs into new solutions - Work closely with Product and Engineering to prioritize enhancements and shape the long-term roadmapRequired Skills & Experience- Minimum 5 years in a technical implementation role - Willingness to work US Shift hours - Minimum 3 years in customer-facing technical roles (Customer Success Engineer, Solution, Professional Services, Technical Support, or SME), preferably post-sales for SaaS enterprise software - Domain Expertise: PKI, DNS, Active Directory, Cloud, ADCS, CRL, OCSP, and associated cryptographic standards - Certificate Lifecycle management/operations - PKI implementation processes - PKI integrations, MS Intune, SCEP, and enrollment practicesHands-on:- Kubernetes - Linux / Windows server management - Apache, IIS (application expertise) - Preferred: CISSP / CISM / CISA certifications - Excellent troubleshooting, deployment, organization, and multitasking skills - Experience working with Fortune 500 organizations - Exceptional communication (written & oral) and listening skillsGood To Have Skills- Fast learner with a strong drive for continuous technology growth - Experience in providing strategic feedback to improve products and processesWhy Join Us?- Competitive incentives, health & wellness benefits, savings schemes, sabbatical eligibility, and dedicated L&D - Flexibility to work remotely, define your own hours, and harmonize work-life balance - Trusted by Fortune 1000 enterprises globally (incl. leading banks, media, and healthcare organizations) - Global presence in India, North America, UK, and Australia; HQ in New York City - Equal Employment Opportunity Employer, supporting diversity and inclusionReady to make an impact as an Implementation Architect at AppViewX?
