This is a commission-only role, ideal for individuals who are confident in their ability to succeed without a fixed salary and are motivated by uncapped earning potential.If you're self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to build a successful career in real estate, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Source and manage listings, collecting property information and coordinating marketing materials. Stay current on Dubai’s real estate rules, regulations, and market trends. Organize and conduct property viewings with prospective buyers and tenants. Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants through final agreement. Monitor transactions, liaising with internal and external stakeholders such as banks, surveyors, mortgage advisors, and other agents. Proactively follow up with clients after viewings and maintain strong relationships through regular engagement.
