The Role :

We are searching for a passionate and experienced Lead/Senior DevOps Engineer to join our growing engineering team.

As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining our DevOps infrastructure, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of software applications.

You will be responsible for leading and collaborating with engineers to automate processes, implement CI/CD pipelines, and optimize cloud :

- Lead and guide the DevOps team in establishing and implementing best practices for software delivery lifecycle.

- Design, develop, and maintain a robust DevOps infrastructure using tools like Docker, Kubernetes (CKA preferred), GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus, Artifactory, Terraform, Grafana, and Prometheus.

- Integrate and orchestrate AI/ML workloads using Amazon SageMaker.

- Collaborate with developers and other IT professionals to automate software deployment, - configuration management, and infrastructure provisioning.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues in a timely and efficient manner.

- Continuously monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the DevOps space.

- Contribute to the development and implementation of a comprehensive security strategy for the DevOps environment.

- Develop and maintain documentation for DevOps processes and procedures.

- Mentor and guide junior engineers within the team.

Qualifications :

Educational Qualification : Engineering degree from a premier institute (preferred).

- Minimum 4 years of experience in DevOps, build/release engineering, integration, or configuration management.

- 4+ years of strong experience working with Linux/Unix software development environments.

- Solid practical exposure to integrating and executing AI/ML workloads using Amazon SageMaker.

- 4+ years of experience in Docker and Kubernetes with practical expertise (holding CKA Certification a plus), and familiarity with Helm.

- Expertise in networking, security, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).

- 3+ years' experience with NoSQL & SQL databases - MongoDB, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, DeltaLake, Parquet.

- Strong hands-on experience in CI/CD tools like GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus, Artifactory.

- Strong hands-on experience in scripting tools (Linux, Terraform, Python, and shell) and monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus).

- Strong understanding of networking concepts including DNS, HTTP, and RESTful services.
