You will be designing, modifying, write and implement software programming components and applications using latest software engineering processes. You should be well versed with OOPS, Data structures, and basic algorithms. The role is to assure the successful execution of the company's business mission through the development and deployment of the company's technology assets/expertise.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture & Design Lead end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise applications using .NET technologies. Design scalable, secure, and high-availability systems, integrating cloud-native services. Incorporate AI/ML components into applications (e.g., predictive analytics, NLP, intelligent automation). Technical Leadership Guide development teams on best practices, frameworks, and coding standards. Review solution designs and code to ensure quality and adherence to architectural principles. Mentor engineers and contribute to capability-building across .NET and AI technologies. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with business leaders, product managers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Present architectural decisions, trade-offs, and recommendations to senior management. Innovation & Modernization Stay updated on emerging technologies, especially in AI and cloud-native development. Drive proof-of-concepts (POCs) for AI-based features such as chatbots, computer vision, or recommendation engines. Support cloud adoption and modernization of legacy applicationsRequired Skills & ExperienceTechnical Expertise 10+ years of professional experience in designing and developing enterprise solutions using.NET / .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, Entity Framework . Strong background inSQL Serverand database design. Hands-on experience withcloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP optional) . Exposure toAI/ML concepts and frameworks(Azure AI, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar). Exposure with Langchain or similar framework Experience working on LLM based AI solution Architecture Skills Strong knowledge ofmicroservices, event-driven architecture, API design, and REST/GraphQL . Familiarity withDevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) . Understanding ofsecurity, compliance, and performance optimization . Soft Skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
