Company DescriptionStrategic Growth Advisors Pvt. Ltd. (SGA) is leading Investor relations (IR) firm with 130 clients and are seeking top-notch talent to our IR practice.Key Responsibilities:- Developing overall investor relations Information Pack – Presentations / Press Releases / Financial Model / Information Memorandum etc. Prepare internal documents covering analyst feedback report, monthly IR report, IR model, audit committee pack and department Budget. Prepare internal communication documents including monthly IR MIS, Risk documents, presentations for internal messaging and Board meetings, and any other departmental presentations on need basis. Help the team on other internal/departmental deliverables on need basis. - Develop and manage relationships with key analysts, institutional investors and other shareholders. - Analyze consensus analyst estimates and provide weekly summary report to company. - Evaluate changes in institutional and other major shareholder ownership in the company. - Analyse monthly shareholding data. Maintain data base/profile on institutional Investors & analysts. - Maintain detailed model of company’s financial performance. Analyse and update Group Account Head on the company & sector developments. - Track research notes on Company and peers, and present summary report. Track and analyse peers performance for competitor analysis. - Prepare external communication documents like quarterly analyst presentations, press releases and speakers script. - Help in departmental contribution for annual report and website content update. Adhere to SEBI & other regulatory guidelines related to IR. - Assist Group Account Head in servicing institutional investors and sell side analysts to enhance company's visibility and present compelling investment case. - Help Group Account Head in coordination and support for AGM/shareholder meet/CIO meets/analyst meets. - Participate in strategic planning as it relates to Investor Relations. - Additional duties and responsibilities as directed.We are looking for candidates who have:• 5-7 years experience in their careers of which atleast 3 years is in Investor relations or equity markets• Exceptional analytical skills• Ability to tell compelling stories/investment thesis• A strong understanding of financial number/metrics• Ability to build relationship / have existing relationships with equity market participantsInterested candidates are requested to email your resume to harsha.mohan@sgapl.net
