Who We're Looking For: Junior Anchor - Filmy
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the brand's vision.
- Ensure a diverse range of engaging content for Filmy.
- Sync with the team and producers to maintain high-quality, original content.
Page Hygiene:
- Maintain the overall health and aesthetics of the channel pages.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with content guidelines and community standards.
- Implement strategies to enhance audience engagement and retention.
Anchoring:
- Possess anchoring skills for Filmy.
- Host live shows, interviews, and special programs as needed.
- Engage with the audience and build a strong connection through on-air presence.
Target Achievement:
- Set and monitor performance targets for the channels.
- Analyze metrics and implement strategies to achieve and exceed set targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote and increase channel viewership.
Collaboration and Team Management:
- Work closely with content editors, Anchors producers, and other team members to foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the content team to ensure cohesive and high-quality output.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in content creation, channel management, or a related role
- Proven experience in content creation and channel management.
- Strong understanding of the entertainment content and connections in the industry.
- Excellent communication and anchoring skills (Hindi & English)
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to achieve targets.
