You will collaborate across functions to align engineering efforts with business goals while fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.Tasks:- Lead, manage, and mentor engineering teams, fostering a high-performing and collaborative team culture - Empower teams to deliver robust, scalable, and customer-centric software aligned with business needs - Oversee project execution, ensuring technical excellence, code quality, and timely delivery - Support engineers growth through coaching, feedback, and career development planning - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, DevOps, QA) to deliver impactful features - Drive best practices in software engineering, architecture, and system design - Promote modern development practices including Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps - Identify and resolve technical and organizational challenges to maintain a productive environmentProfessional Requirements and Expertise:- 9+ years of experience in software engineering, including 5+ years in engineering management and team leadership - Strong background and hands-on experience in software architecture, system design, and software development - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through the full software development life cycle - Knowledge of security, compliance, and performance for enterprise-grade software - Knowledge of relevant fields of AI, e.g. Machine Learning - Familiarity with languages and frontend technologies like TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, Next.js, Vue.js, Angular - Experience with languages and backend frameworks such as Java, Python, Spring Boot, Express.js, Next.js, Django, Flask, gRPC, GraphQL - Domain experience in logistics & supply chainPersonal Skills:- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills - Strategic thinker with a hands-on, proactive approach - High motivation, flexibility, and resilience in dynamic environments - Team-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and quality - Committed to fostering a culture aligned with 4flow’s values and long-term success
