Are you ready to help build thenext global phenomenon in children’s entertainment ?AtOctopass , we’re looking for aYouTube Channel Managerto take full creative and strategic ownership of our growing family of kids’ channels. You’ll be at the heart of our digital strategy — managing everything from publishing and optimization to analytics and audience growth. This isn’t just a job. It’s a chance toshape the future of kids’ entertainmentand turn original IPs into household names.What You’ll DoOwn the Channel:Take full ownership of Octopass’ YouTube channels from end to end — managing uploads, schedules, metadata, and content calendars to ensure a consistent and delightful viewing experience.Analyze & Optimize:Use data and analytics to understand what drives performance. Implement smart SEO strategies, optimize titles/thumbnails/descriptions, and experiment continuously to boost watch time, CTR, and subscriber growth.Drive Creative Impact:Design eye-catchingthumbnails, banners, and video graphicsthat reflect our playful worlds and characters. Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure visual storytelling that pops on every device.Strategic Growth:Develop and execute bold ideas to grow our audience — from A/B testing and playlist optimization to cross-promotion and trend alignment. Stay ahead of what’s working in the kids’ content ecosystem.Cross-Platform Consistency:Ensure our visual and tonal identity remains cohesive across all platforms — helping Octopass become a recognizable, trusted kids’ brand globally.What You’ll Bring2–3+ yearsof proven experience managing high-performing YouTube channels (Kids & Family experience preferred) Deep knowledge ofYouTube, Instagram, Tiktok algorithms, SEO, and Content IDsystems Proficiency in tools likeYouTube Studio, TubeBuddy, VidIQ, Google Analytics A strong sense ofdesign, storytelling, and pacing Ability toanalyze data and make creative decisionsthat drive results A proactive, startup-ready attitude — comfortable building processes, learning fast, and adapting to new challenges A genuinepassion for children’s content , storytelling, and digital media innovationLocationBangalore, India -This is afull-time, hybrid role (2 days remote and 3 days per week at the office) , working with a talented, global team of storytellers, artists, and strategists.
