Job Description:

- As a Social Media Specialist at Teceze, you will be responsible for developing and executing our LinkedIn strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

- You will work closely with our marketing, sales, and product teams to create and promote content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage our LinkedIn strategy.

- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for LinkedIn, including posts, articles, and videos.

- Monitor LinkedIn trends and provide insights and recommendations for improving our LinkedIn presence.

- Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all social media platforms.

- Analyze LinkedIn performance metrics and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of our LinkedIn campaigns.

- Stay up-to-date with LinkedIn best practices, new features, and algorithm changes.

Qualifications:.

- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, with a focus on LinkedIn.

- Strong understanding of LinkedIn's algorithm, features, and best practices.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to create compelling and engaging content.

- Experience with social media analytics tools.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:.

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Experience in the Digital Marketing industry.

- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.

- Minimum 3 years of experience.
