Documentum Developer

About the Role : We are looking for an experienced Documentum D2 Developer/Admin to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in designing, configuring, and customizing Documentum D2 applications along with solid experience in workflows, lifecycles, and migration activities. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and requires strong technical and analytical skills.Key Responsibilities : - Develop, configure, and customize Documentum D2 applications.- Build custom widgets, UI components, workflows, and lifecycles.- Work with D2-Config, C2, O2, REST services, metadata, and permission models.- Utilize DFC, DFS, Composer, CAM, DAR Installer, Process Builder for development and administration tasks.- Develop and customize TBO/SBO, Jobs, Methods, ACLs, and automation modules.- Lead and support Webtop/WDK to D2 migrations, including upgrades and environment transitions.- Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, Jenkins, Eclipse, JFrog, and related tools.- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications on Unix/Linux, JBoss, and Tomcat environments.- Prepare technical documentation and collaborate with business, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery.Primary Skills & Qualifications : - Strong hands-on experience in Documentum D2 development.- Expertise in DQL, API, DFC/DFS.- Knowledge of Workflows, Lifecycles, Composer, and repository design.- Experience with Unix/Linux, JBoss/Tomcat, and CI/CD tools such as GitHub and Jenkins.- Ability to troubleshoot complex Documentum issues and provide end-to-end support.- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
