We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Project Manager (Azure Integration) who can combine strong project management expertise with hands-on technical capability in Microsoft Azure Integration Services. The ideal candidate will lead integration projects end-to-end while still being hands-on with solution design and development. This role requires a mix of leadership, stakeholder management, and deep technical knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions in a hybrid work environment.Key Responsibilities :- Lead and manage Azure-based integration projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.- Provide hands-on technical leadership in designing and implementing solutions using:- Azure Logic Apps- Azure Functions- Azure Service Bus- Azure API Management (APIM)- REST APIs and enterprise integration patterns- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Architects, Developers, QA, and Business stakeholders) to gather requirements, design integration flows, and deliver scalable solutions.- Monitor and optimize integration solutions for performance, security, and reliability.- Drive best practices, reusable frameworks, and standards across integration projects.- Manage project risks, dependencies, and budgets, while providing regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.- Mentor and guide team members in technical problem-solving and Azure integration practices.Required Skills & Qualifications :- Proven experience (10 to 17 years) in IT with at least 3 years as a Project Manager.- Strong hands-on expertise with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, APIM).- Solid experience in API development, API Management, and integration patterns.- Good understanding of cloud security, scalability, and performance optimization.- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (preferred, not mandatory).
