About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Unity Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 2D game development, solid OOPS principles, and experience with mobile game development on Android and iOS platforms. You will be integrating Firebase services and contributing to engaging child-centric apps and games. We are looking for a self-starter, self-driven individual with a passion for game development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize 2D games and Implementing app UI using Unity (C#) for Android and iOS platforms.
  • Implement and maintain game features, including UI, gameplay mechanics, and Firebase integration.
  • Integrate Firebase services such as real-time databases, authentication, cloud functions, and analytics into games.
  • Ensure games run smoothly across various mobile devices, focusing on performance, scaling, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with designers, artists, and other developers to refine game features.
  • Apply strong OOPS principles to design clean, modular, and scalable code.
  • Maintain version control with Git and ensure smooth development workflows.


Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in Unity game development, particularly in 2D games.
  • Strong knowledge of C# and Unity 2D game features such as physics, animation, and UI.
  • Proven experience developing and releasing at least two games on both Android and iOS platforms.
  • Proficiency with Firebase integration in Unity (Authentication, Database, Analytics, Cloud Functions).
  • Strong object-oriented programming skills and knowledge of design patterns.
  • Experience with mobile-specific optimization techniques (memory, performance, etc.).
  • Self-starter and self-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on child-centric apps or games is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with mobile-specific design and usability guidelines.
  • Portfolio and GitHub (if applicable) links to previous work are required.
