About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced and talented Chatbot Developer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in developing chatbots using the Azure Bot Framework or similar frameworks.
- Proficiency in Node.js, Azure Cognitive Services, LUIS, QnA Maker, and other Azure tools is essential.
This role will focus on creating intelligent chatbot solutions that enhance user engagement and streamline business processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and deploy chatbots using the Azure Bot Framework or similar frameworks.
- Integrate chatbots with Azure Cognitive Services, including LUIS, QnA Maker, CLU and Custom Question Answering (CQA).
- Build and manage the CLU apps(models).
- Experience and understanding of Integration of Microsoft Bot Framework Bots to different channels (Web/Native Apps) and good understanding of Connector Direct Line Rest APIs.
- Understanding of Azure Speech Service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement and maintain conversational Al solutions to enhance user interactions.
- Develop and optimize Node.js applications for chatbot functionalities.
- Develop REST/JSON API's Design code for high Utilize various azure tools to enhance chatbot capabilities and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to chatbot development and deployment.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in chatbot technologies and Azure services.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in chatbot development using the Azure Bot Framework or relevant frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and related technologies.
- Experience with Azure Cognitive Services, including LUIS, QnA Maker, CLU and COA
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning concepts
