Position: Senior Graphic Designer

Location: Andheri East, MIDC, Mumbai

Type: Full-time | Monday to Friday

Foxtale is looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our design team. In this role, you will bring our brand to life through visually stunning, on-brand designs that resonate with our D2C audience and strengthen our presence across digital and offline touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize, design, and execute high-impact creatives for campaigns, social media, website, packaging, and performance marketing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, social media, and product teams to develop consistent brand visuals across all communication.
  • Lead creative brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh, trend-forward design ideas to the table.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all design assets while maintaining the highest standards of quality and brand consistency.
  • Stay updated on design, fashion, and beauty industry trends, incorporating them into Foxtale's visual language.
  • Manage and maintain an organized library of design assets for cross-team use.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers when required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within D2C, beauty, skincare, or FMCG industries.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools like Figma or Canva.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, and layout principles.
  • A portfolio demonstrating creative work specifically in beauty, skincare, or FMCG is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment.
