The Grocery Farm team takes on every step of the process - from product sourcing to sorting, grading, and packaging - with utmost love and care.Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and energetic Social Media Reel Content Creator who is passionate about creating short-form video content that captures attention and drives engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current social media trends, particularly on platforms like Instagram and YouTube, and possess a vision for modern aesthetics. This role is open to both freshers and experienced individuals who can bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to our social media strategy.Key Responsibilities: - Develop, create, and edit engaging reels and short-form videos for platforms such as Instagram and YouTube. - Come up with creative and innovative reel concepts that align with our brand and marketing goals. - Plan, shoot, and execute end-to-end production of reel content, including scripting, filming, and editing. - Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, viral content, and platform updates to ensure our content is current and relevant. - Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts for social media campaigns. - Utilize creative storytelling techniques to produce compelling and visually appealing video content. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of content. - Analyze performance metrics to refine content strategies and optimize engagement. - Engage with our online community through comments, messages, and interactive content to build a loyal following. - Maintain consistency in brand voice and style across all social media content. - Knowledge of basic mobile photography, product styling and lighting techniques.Qualifications: - Proficiency in video editing apps for reels - Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and YouTube, and their respective algorithms. - Creative mindset with a strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. - A portfolio showcasing previous short-form video content or social media reels is highly preferred. - If you are passionate about creating engaging social media content, have a knack for storytelling through short-form videos, and are eager to be a part of a forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you
