Role Overview :We are looking for a highly skilled Spring Boot Developer with strong Java backend expertise to join our Engineering team. You will design and build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems while working on enterprise-grade system integrations with leading platforms and APIs. Experience with AWS Cloud and Kubernetes is a strong plus.Knowledge of Angular is considered a good-to-have for occasional full-stack contributions.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java (Spring Boot).- Build and integrate RESTful APIs with third-party and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, storage, e-signature, etc.).- Write clean, testable, and efficient code aligned with best practices.- Utilize AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, etc.) for deployment and scaling.- Deploy cloud-native applications using Kubernetes and containerization.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, QA, DevOps) to deliver quality software.- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and mentor junior engineers.- Ensure application security, reliability, and performance.Required Qualifications :- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 5+ years of professional Java backend development experience.- Strong expertise in Spring Boot and the broader Spring ecosystem.- Proven experience with RESTful APIs and enterprise-grade system integrations.- Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MariaDB).- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies.
