Location: Delhi NCR

Summary of Role / Profile: We are seeking a technical experts having 8+ years of experience in Oracle Financials. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in Oracle EBS R12 from technical perspective, with exposure of AP, AR, GL, PO, FA, CM and PA modules, with a strong focus on technical implementation, customization, and support. Focus of the Function: TAS Finance – CORP IT Who are the key relationships for this role: TAS Finance Team

What are the minimum prior qualifications to be an applicant for this role:

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

 Proven experience in Oracle Financial modules as Technical Consultant or a similar role in Oracle R12 implementations and support projects.

 Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflow, and XML Publisher.

 Experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) is a plus.

 Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

 RICE components/workflow builder/form personalization

 Good knowledge of Oracle Apps standards, Table structure, Architecture, and databases

 Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. KEY FOCUS AREAS

 Responsible to customize functionalities within Oracle R12. This may involve creating custom extensions, reports, interfaces, and data conversions to enhance the standard functionality.

 Provide ongoing technical support for the financials modules, addressing and resolving issues reported by end-users.

 Collaborate with other technical teams and developers to integrate Oracle modules and third-party applications.

 Conduct thorough testing, performance optimization of all technical developments.  Provide trainings and knowledge transfer post implementation.

 Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and data security standards while developing and maintaining technical solutions in the Oracle R12 environment. Specific competences (Required)

 Ability to clearly describe end-to-end business processes and the key integration points, work cross-functionally across different business processes within an organization, and knowledge of challenges faced by implementation teams

 Good analytical, written, and verbal communication skills

 Review business processes and advise clients on system services available within the Oracle application

 Identify and communicate findings to client personnel and help identify performance improvement opportunities for clients
