Training & Facilitation- Deliver ACE syllabus-based modules including Exercise Science, Anatomy, Kinesiology, Physiology, Nutrition, and Program Design. - Conduct interactive theory and gym-floor practical sessions, focusing on form, function, and corrective exercise. - Prepare students for ACE CPT exams, ensuring conceptual clarity and confidence. - Create demo workouts, assessments, and hands-on learning activities for better retention.2. Academic Development- Assist in curriculum enhancement for WTF Academy's certification and diploma programs. - Contribute to educational content creation – videos, manuals, presentations, online modules. - Stay updated with global trends and ACE continuing education to keep content current and credible.3. Student Mentorship & Evaluation- Mentor students on career growth, client handling, and professional ethics. - Conduct regular evaluations, mock tests, and one-on-one feedback sessions. - Track learner performance and ensure high completion and certification success rates.4.
