Role and Responsibilities :

- Creating Marketing Strategies for Facebook/ Instagram/other Social Media platforms.

- Develop creative, innovative and relevant campaigns to achieve business objectives.

- Optimizing & Engaging content to reach a wider audience / customers and creating Brand awareness and recognition ( Smooth transitions, some info graphics).

- Perform research on current benchmark trends, competitors and audience preferences.

- Expert in creating reels, and captions, & contribute to the team goal.

- Set up and optimize company Facebook/Instagram page to increase the visibility of company's social content.

- Knowing how to run ad campaigns especially retargeting.

- Creating and circulation of internal circulars.

- Coordinating with external PR agencies for Brand promotions.

Requirements :

- Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.

- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.

- Should know quick video editing tools to be used on Instagram.

- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.

- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.

- Keen on learning new skills & open to opportunities.

- Any graduation / post-graduation from recognized university.

- Minimum 3+ yrs of experience.
