This is an excellent opportunity to work on enterprise-grade cybersecurity solutions and become an early member of a fast-growing security practice.Key Responsibilities :- Assist in the deployment and configuration of Proofpoint solutions (Email Protection, TAP, DLP, Security Awareness).- Work closely with clients to understand security requirements and design appropriate configurations.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email flow, phishing, malware, encryption, and policies.- Collaborate with internal teams and Proofpoint support for escalations.- Maintain documentation and client handover materials.- Participate in training programs and certifications to gain Proofpoint expertise.Required Skills & Experience :- 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience with email security or cybersecurity solutions.- Prior experience with tools like Mimecast, Cisco IronPort, Microsoft Defender for O365, Symantec, Barracuda, Trend Micro, Fortinet.- Strong knowledge of SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC.- Familiarity with email routing, filtering, and encryption.- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.- Experience with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace environments.- Excellent client communication skills.Preferred (Not Mandatory) :- Exposure to Proofpoint solutions (console, policies, TAP, DLP).- Knowledge of cyber threat vectors, phishing techniques, and remediation.- Experience with SIEM or SOAR platforms (Splunk, QRadar, etc.).
