About the Role :

We are looking for skilled engineers with experience in email security platforms who are eager to specialize in Proofpoint deployments, configurations, and support. This is an excellent opportunity to work on enterprise-grade cybersecurity solutions and become an early member of a fast-growing security practice.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist in the deployment and configuration of Proofpoint solutions (Email Protection, TAP, DLP, Security Awareness).

- Work closely with clients to understand security requirements and design appropriate configurations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email flow, phishing, malware, encryption, and policies.

- Collaborate with internal teams and Proofpoint support for escalations.

- Maintain documentation and client handover materials.

- Participate in training programs and certifications to gain Proofpoint expertise.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience with email security or cybersecurity solutions.

- Prior experience with tools like Mimecast, Cisco IronPort, Microsoft Defender for O365, Symantec, Barracuda, Trend Micro, Fortinet.

- Strong knowledge of SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC.

- Familiarity with email routing, filtering, and encryption.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace environments.

- Excellent client communication skills.

Preferred (Not Mandatory) :

- Exposure to Proofpoint solutions (console, policies, TAP, DLP).

- Knowledge of cyber threat vectors, phishing techniques, and remediation.

- Experience with SIEM or SOAR platforms (Splunk, QRadar, etc.).
